Problem with payment option with woocommerce

Hi there,

not sure if this has to do with the the theme but,
the option of payment on delivery is not appearing at the checkout. although it is activated.
Any idea?

when you move to the next step which is the checkout method
the cash on delivery payment method is not appearing. Although is activated.
Any idea?

As I see no shipping methods are selected in Woocommerce > Settings > Shipping:
