Problem with product modules in a page - by Cr3atorf1lm

    Hi there
    when i add an product category module, either from 8theme or worpdress on a page, there is an error on the page like seen in the image

    Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and link to page where you add that module. We’ll check and help you.

    1) Can’t log in to your Dashboard https://prnt.sc/1s6eswv
    2) Provide us with FTP, host, username and pass, not the cPanel access, please.

    WP Dashboard access is ok. But we can’t connect to your FTP https://prnt.sc/1skz4t6
    Also, provide us with link to page where you have that fatal error, please.

    Hello,

    Nope, still nothing https://prnt.sc/1t4b99g Username and password is not the problem because your server even did not respond with the welcome message to ask username and pass. So, something is with the host.
    Are you sure that you provided the correct FTP host IP?
