Just been told by a client that the video in the product is no longer visible on mobile devices. I do not mean when you reduce the screen, I mean actually look at the website on a mobile device and the video does not play.
Can you please advise? Check private area for further details and links.

I suppose it’s related to video format that you use https://www.winxdvd.com/play-video/webm-not-playing-working-fixed.htm . Try to upload mp4 video instead of webm.
