Problem with quantity discount sales booster

I am using quantity discount sales booster. I have listed following discount criteria :
Every X items By percentage
Qty 5 –> 20% discount
Qty 10 –> 30% discount
Qty 15 –> 40% discount
Qty 20 –> 50% discount
I am expecting here 50% discount for quantity more than 20 but it doesn’t apply any discount at all. I didn’t find anything in documentation section for this condition. Even I have tried to give qty as 10000 but it doesn’t work as expected.

Firstly, we kindly request you to ensure that the Quantity Discounts Sales Booster is configured correctly by setting both the minimum and maximum values for the intervals of your products. At present, it appears that only the minimum interval value has been set, while the maximum value remains at the default of 1, which could potentially be causing the issue. Additionally, if you are using any plugins that modify product prices, this could also contribute to the incorrect display of discounts.

To assist you further, we kindly request that you provide us with the correct wp-admin access so that we can review your settings and help resolve the issue.

I don’t think I am using extra plugin for the same purpose. Now behaviour is more stranger… Please the attached pic.

(I have not applied this formula to all the products so please this this one only). And I want max discount for the quantity beyond max limit e.g. here max item count is 20 and discount is 50%. If anyone purchase more than 20 pcs should get 50% discount by default.

Since there is a problem in xstore discount plugin so I am disabling it now and enabling other non xstore plugin so it I can start my work. I have provided the credentials so you can work in background and find out the issue so that I can use it in future if needed.

No, I didn’t find any workaround in xstore’s plugin. What I said was “there is a problem in xstore discount plugin so I am disabling it now and enabling other non xstore plugin so it I can start my work. I have provided the credentials so you can work in background and find out the issue so that I can use it in future if needed”. So, I didn’t find the solution in xstore’s plugin.
