Problem with search spacifics in the search botton

We are writing to inform you that we have confirmed the issue you reported is specific to your site. Upon testing on our end, we found that ‘Out of Stock’ products do appear in the search results.

1) Should you desire to display out-of-stock products in your search results, we recommend disabling all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). This includes cache plugins. Following this, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is plausible that one of these additional plugins is the root cause of the issue.

If the problem continues, we kindly ask that you keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide us with permission to debug your site. This process includes the deactivation of all third-party plugins and on-site customization. This will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and provide you with the necessary assistance.

We would like to remind you to take a full backup of your site before proceeding with these steps.

2) We kindly request you to attempt activating the parent theme and then revert back to us with the results.

3) We recommend Update the Xstore theme and Xstore Core plugin to the latest version.
The most recent versions available are 9.1.14 for the theme and 5.1.14 for the core plugin. You can review the changelog at the following link: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/ and check again.

Please follow the next steps:

– re-enter the purchase code and register the theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

You may try to update the Xstore theme & Xstore Core Plugin after that and you should not face any issues.

You need to re-upload the official theme and Core plugin and activate it using the official purchase code – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-find-your-themeforest-item-purchase-code/

2/ About the search, just uncheck this option https://prnt.sc/14_QmFxhBB6D and check then.

From what exactly site did you purchase XStore?
We sell the theme on ThemeForest only, and activation using a purchase code is obligatory.

Provide FTP access, so our dev team can take a closer look at the situation with the search.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
