Hello, i have the same problem as this again (https://www.8theme.com/topic/problem-with-shop-page-after-elementor-update/#post-390832). The other pages for example home page and the products page are good but the shop pages are too small. Have many white space right and left. I send you screenshots for Home page – Shop page – Single Product Page.
Also i have an issue with the bandwith. Without having traffic it rises to very high levels of the order of 200GB. I give you access.
Dear @pexles,
I hope this message finds you well. We have identified a critical issue on your website that requires immediate attention. Our monitoring systems have detected a fatal error which is causing a significant disruption. For further details, you can view the error log by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Logs, or directly via this link: https://prnt.sc/HBIFi7qeTiJa.
Upon investigation, we discovered that the high memory usage is due to the Swatches widget in the sidebar, which is configured to display approximately 400 attributes for Sizes. You can view the widget setup here: https://prnt.sc/MCJ5KObyVQma and the attributes here: https://prnt.sc/csnRaiyvCKZn.
To resolve this issue, we recommend one of the following actions:
1. Increase the memory limit of your hosting environment.
2. Remove the Swatches widget from your sidebar.
3. Consider submitting a feature request for the implementation of lazy loading for product attributes in the Swatches filter widget. You can submit this request on our task board here: https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/.
4. Submit a request for additional customization through our customization panel at: https://www.8theme.com/account/#etheme_customization_panel , and continue conversations with the technicians team directly.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are here to assist you in resolving this issue promptly. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance or have any questions.
Best regards,
Jack Richardson

Thank you very much for the quick reply. Regarding the second part of the question about the very increased bandwidth without visitors?
Hello, pexles,
I hope this message finds you well.
Regarding your query about the increased bandwidth usage without a corresponding increase in visitors, this could potentially be caused by external plugins. We recommend conducting a check without these plugins to see if the issue persists.
Another possible cause could be related to recent updates in conjunction with cache operations. It is important to note that caches are automatically rewritten following updates, which can lead to additional server load.
Should you require further assistance or have any more questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Good morning, regarding the bandwidth, I spoke with the hosting company and they told me that it is a problem with the xstore. Within three days it has reached 100gb while I have closed all the plugins. Can you please check what is driving up the bandwidth? Thank you a lot for your helping.
Hello, pexles,
Unfortunately, we are unable to directly track specific backend issues on your site from our end. We recommend that you request your hosting provider to supply detailed logs, if possible, focusing on the requests that are most taxing on the system. This information will be crucial for us to better understand the source of the high bandwidth usage.
Please share these logs with us once you have them, and we will be more than happy to assist you further in resolving this issue.

searching carefully I found that I have many requests from “facebookexternalhit/1.1 (+http://www.facebook.com/externalhit_uatext.php)”.
Does anyone know how to fix this particular problem?
Thank you for reaching out with your concern regarding the high number of requests from “facebookexternalhit/1.1”. It’s indeed important to manage these effectively as they can consume significant resources and bandwidth.
One effective solution is to implement caching specifically for the Facebook crawler, which can significantly reduce the load on your server. You can achieve this by using plugins like WP Rocket. For detailed guidance on how to enable caching for the Facebook user agent, please visit this link: https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1563-enable-cache-for-facebook-user-agent
Alternatively, if you find that the Facebook crawler is not beneficial for your site, you might consider blocking it. This can also help in conserving your server resources. For instructions on how to block the Facebook crawler, please refer to this link: https://endurtech.com/block-facebook-crawler-facebookexternalhit/
Please review these options and choose the one that best fits your needs. If you have any more questions or require further assistance, feel free to contact us.
