Problem with show content on mobile only

Hello I have had trouble showing some data on the phone and I will leave a video link detailing that
1- Side list subgroups do not appear when using English
Arabic works well.
2. When previewing the product through the quick view feature, no data will appear when using English. Arabic language shows the list and contains only the word (Error eith ajax) Please resolve the problem as soon as possible. https://we.tl/t-EVDB8D5hMX
