I have a problem with the widgets that are on my sidebar in the product category pages.
1) Brand widget doesn’t show all brands.
2) If I select a product category that doesn’t have a sub category. All the widgets in the sidebar disappear.
Hello, Noddy,
I hope this message finds you well.
Could you please provide us with the link to the product to which all brands have been added? Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could grant us FTP access.
We suspect that the brand widget is not displaying because there are no products that simultaneously belong to a brand and a subcategory. If you intend to always display all brands, it is necessary to use a brand list instead of a brand filter.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to your prompt response.

I have added more details in the prv. content area.
Hello, Noddy,

Thank you for your help, the brand widget seems to work now.
But the problem with the all the widgets are missing and the side bar is blank if I enter an empty category is still not working.
Links sample posted and I uploaded images earlier.

Thank you for fixing the issue with the brand widget. But as I wrote earlier. The problem with the Product category and Brand menu widget is still not fixed. The side bar is blank if there are no products in the sub category.
I have added links in the prv. content area.
More details added to the PRV content
I have found the issue, I had to set the widget to “Show hierarchy”.
But I have another issue, see image.
Hello, Noddy,
I hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that the category filter has been replaced with a standard category widget. Consequently, all categories are now displayed on all pages.
To remove the floating button on the mobile version, please follow these steps:
1. Navigate to the XStore builder.
2. Go to the Products Archive Builder.
3. Select the appropriate shop page template.
4. In the editor (navigator), locate the “Off-Canvas Sidebar/Filters” widget and remove it.
We have already made this adjustment for you.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
