Why i can´t upload file more than 8mb? I tried to change the sixe in .htacces file, but still not working
Hello, Nedimzidane,
Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with uploading files larger than 8MB, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you.
The issue you are encountering may be related to server limitations set by your hosting provider. While you have attempted to adjust the file size limit through the .htaccess file, there are other settings that may need to be modified to allow for larger uploads.
To assist you further, we would recommend the following steps:
1. Contact your hosting provider and inquire if they have a maximum file upload limit in place that overrides your .htaccess settings.
2. Request that they increase the limit for you if it is within their policy to do so.
3. Alternatively, you can check the ‘php.ini’ file for the ‘upload_max_filesize’ and ‘post_max_size’ directives to ensure they are set to a value that accommodates your needs.
