Hello!
I’m using an Xstore Theme with WooCommerce – and I’m experiencing some small problems with translations of some parts of the theme. I’m primarily using polish language – and that’s the language of WordPress. However – even though I’ve used Loco Translate plugin for most of translations – there are still some items that still appear in english and I do really have no idea how to get them changed. Can I get a tip on how to translate all of the content in the theme?
I’ve tried to look for those missing items in the theme files in WordPress panel, but I couldn’t find what I was interested in.

Hello, Nordjylland1990,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Could you provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to take a closer look at your settings.
To provide wp-admin access, you can create a new user account with administrator role via the Dashboard, and provide us with the username and password via the Private Content area.
Kind Regards,

Hello, Nordjylland1990,
We appreciate your prompt response.
1/ You need to rename https://prnt.sc/gvYUv0BmeCqN to xstore-pl_PL.po
2/ Do not forget to find and translate strings for the XStore Core plugin.
Kind Regards,

Hello!
It doesn’t work out very well; I managed to fix most of the translations, but I still have some questions – I’ll put them in the private area.

Hello, Nordjylland1990,
Thank you for your response.
This is the incorrect name https://prnt.sc/jW6DU7suGNAp As was previously mentioned, it is the reason for your problem. Please rename the file, or provide FTP access, so we can do this for you.
Then you will be able to find and translate strings via Loco Translate.
To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
Also, check the Private Content area.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
