Problem with some settings in my thems setting

    I have problem with :
    1- when I browes shop page Catogeries is apper right no problem but when I push any categories link to browes it I get products not supcategories all products under subcategories come together but I need subcategories to be showen not products and I try to change from setting but all 3 choice in the setting the same no change
    2- some sitting when I upadte it it take long long time to save it and I get 500 error like save menue , trach products but after I refresh the page I found it already saved some times
    3- Catogeres menue in side bar not sorting like I arrange in All department menue it sorting alphabitcaly

    Hello,

    1) Go to the category that has subcategories and choose Display type > Subcategories https://prnt.sc/7NdUs6ezMIGU
    Do that for every category where you want to show subcategories only.

    2) Check the server error log. What error do you get there after such menu savings?

    3) Go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop sidebar > edit Product categories widget and choose the custom order instead of sorting by name https://prnt.sc/CzHP4tOGWRAK

    it is ok for no 1 and 3 but 2 still
    for no 3 it is no error at log just after long time i get 500 error in the browsing pagfe and no error in the error log file and this some times happend

    Hello,

    If you get a 500 error in the browser then should be some error in the server error log. Contact your hosting provider to get more information about that. They should be able to guide you and tell you what happens. I suppose that you reach some server limit and it caused the problem.
