Problem with some translating words in traking Order blugin

    Hello, I encountered a problem with the translation after adding a plugin for order tracking called “Order Tracker for WooCommerce.” I translated all the words related to it correctly, but the terms related to the product status are not appearing in Arabic, even though I translated them using WPML. Please help me solve this issue. Thank you!

    Have you tried to contact support of Order Tracker for WooCommerce or WPML plugins?

    Do you have the same issue when another theme, not XStore, is activated on your site?
