Hi, I have added a custom block to my menu. Whenever the page reloads, the menu is broken. The header is completely messed up. I’m using LiteSpeed cache; I deactivated LiteSpeed, but the problem still occurs. What can be done? It’s frustrating with the issues.

Please temporarily disable: Menu cache, Static blocks cache, and Remove Query Strings From Static Resources. These can be found under Theme Options > Speed Optimization.
Clear cache of browser or cache plugin (in case you are using cache plugin) and check if changes can be visible.

Hi, The issues still persist, please visit the site in private window (incognito mode) or open in different browser. This happen when the user visit for the first time. I did purge all and cleared the browser cache but nothing works.

When the LiteSpeed plugin is disabled, there is no problem. We would recommend you check settings of the cache plugin to find out which exactly causes the problem or contact the support team of the plugin directly.
