Hello,
We’re wanting to use the shop page infinite scroll feature, both for desktop and mobile. We’ve turned it on our development site and also enabled the sticky sidebar feature. Infinite scroll works fine, but sticky sidebar does not seem to. Am I missing something??
See private area for credentials.
Thanks, as always for your support and assistance.
Regards,
Ben
Hello, @bnourse,
Thank you for using our theme and for contacting us.
1) We regret to inform you that the WP-Admin login details you have provided do not correspond to a Super Admin account. For your reference, we have included an image in the private content area.
Kindly provide your website’s WP-ADMIN login details in the format listed below. Please ensure to share this information in the private content area of this topic, specifically where you are encountering the issue. This will enable us to investigate and assist you appropriately.
– WP Admin URL:
– WP Admin Username:
– WP Admin Password:
2) We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Best Regards,
The 8Theme Team.
Hello Tony,
The credentials do work fine, you must use them on the development site, as provided in the private area, not the live production site. I’ve provided them again here.
On the development site, I have disabled all non-essential plugins. The sticky sidebar works fine on Category Pages and Brand Pages, but not on the Shop Page itself. Please advise.
Thanks,
Ben
Hello, @bnourse,
We appreciate your provision of the login details.
Upon reviewing your site, we have deactivated the Product Filters for WooCommerce plugin. We have observed that without this plugin, the sticky sidebar operates correctly on all archive pages, including the Shop page.
We recommend reaching out to the plugin’s support team first, for further assistance.
If they are unable to provide a solution, our development team will investigate possible alternatives from our end.
We thank you for your cooperation in this matter.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team.
