Good morning.
We are having problems with Tag Manager which tells us that there is an error on the Thank you page, after placing the order.
We tried changing the theme and it was working.
Any idea how we can fix it?
I am attaching a video in the private area.
We are using the plugin: GTM4WP – A Google Tag Manager

We previously requested the URL of the page where you encountered the issue, but it seems that this information was not provided. Could you kindly share the URL with us at your earliest convenience?
Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could test the issue using the default theme instead of the XStore theme and share the results with us.
We have also noticed that you are currently using the advanced layout option for the Cart/Checkout pages on your website (as seen here: https://prnt.sc/BafzIpWYGUfl). It is possible that there may be an incompatibility between your plugin and the advanced layout. Could you please test the functionality with the advanced layout option deactivated and let us know the outcome?
