    Hello, in April last year I bought this template and now need updating for compatibility, the problem is that when the subject “son” of the template can not find a function that you did you add to set a distance between the title and the button “Add to Cart”

    I need to know where you made this change to add to the “son” WooCommerce template and update once and for all, thanks.

    Hello,

    To add space above “Add to Cart” button you need use this code:

    .product-information .product-name-price {
        height: 150px;
    }

    Thank you.

    Hello,

    Sorry, but still your query is unclear. If you want to make style changes in a child theme you need edit style.css of the child theme. How to create it you can read here:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes

    Please specify step by step what you’re trying to achieve.

    Thank you.

    I explain everything before you modify something ..

    Please do not upgrade to the latest version of WooCommerce even before I check it works properly with the new template version.

    Now, is active the previous version of the template (called “xmarket” in theme folder) to see the operation of the new version simply go to the “Themes” folder on the FTP and rename the folder ” xmarket “and adding, for example, a 2, will “xmarket2″ and called” xmarketACTUALIZADO” (this is the new version of the template) leave only” xmarket “eliminating “ACTUALIZADO”and thus will load the page the new version of the template, with some errors.

    I have a child template created, called “xmarket-child” where changes would have to go to avoid this in future actualziaciones.

    If you think it’ll take too with the new version of the template would be best maintenance mode, so that no customer has a bad experience when visiting the page.

    You can enable maintenance mode by clicking on “Mantenimiento is off” as you can see in the top menu. or on the image below: https://www.dropbox.com/s/jsezc4kh41vashb/paraella.PNG?dl=0

    Hello,

    I see child theme is activated now and there is space above “Add to Cart” button on the site.
    Please activate the needed theme and provide us with a link where we can see the problem to avoid any misconfiguration from our side.

    Thank you.

    I do not understand, if I have at the site activated the previous version of the template, how I will provide a link?

    So you can see how the new version of the template works you can do renaming folders I explained earlier.

    Hello,

    please activate that theme version which you have problem with. Right now we can see parent theme and three child themes. If the problem is with your parent theme – we have added code

    .product-information .product-name-price {
        height: 150px;
    }

    to your parent theme’s default.custom.css file
    To activate it you need rename file to ‘custom.css’

    Regards,
    Stan Russell.

    If that was the problem. On the subject son was not the custom.css file ….

    But when you upgrade to the new version of WooCommerce the site is broken. You can see in the following images:

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/k72q28i7ngwn4d2/1.PNG?dl=0

    https://www.dropbox.com/s/8xginv7n5tieu40/2.PNG?dl=0

    What should I do? I tried to disable the theme son if that were the problem, but it is not.

    Hello,

    May we update Woocommerce plugin to check the issue?

    Thank you.

    The updated plugin is in the plugins folder called “woocommerceNUEVA VERSION”

    The current active “WooCommerce” is the previous version (the one that works correctly)

    You can see the operation renaming the file “woocommerceNUEVA VERSION” a “WooCommerce”

    And please keep the current “WooCommerce” (the previous version) in the plugins folder.

    Hello,

    You mustn’t copy whole style.css file to the child theme.
    Please remove all child theme folders and create only one following this instruction:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
    Then check the site with new Woocommerce version.

    Thank you.
    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    Hi, I did what you said according to the instructions you have given me and now I have 3 problems.

    1 I do not want the title you have indicated in the image is displayed. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/scgdzwh3j0jplh8/no.PNG?dl=0)

    2 Since no similar products are displayed below the product description. (https://www.dropbox.com/s/w5igio6xm6gzkg8/tampoco.PNG?dl=0)

    3rd taxes have been deactivated, and the customer’s bill appears (VAT not included) when I have it configured.
    It also appears when you finish buying an order.

    For example: (https://www.dropbox.com/s/86r62zhsnktovf5/here.PNG?dl=0)

    Hello,

    The second issue with related products have been fixed.
    Please clear browser cache and check.
    Please clarify where you see the problem with PayPal. How can we replicate it? Does the issue persist with default WordPress theme?

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.
