Problem with template child - by Yuri - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Just needed to solve both on page and now I see that the site is completely broken ..

    I activated the theme “child” works and has returned to work as before, but ..
    Is it under the commission for PayPal and default tables WooCommerce?

    Hello,

    You have a lot of Xmarket theme folders. It may cause a conflict.
    Please remove other folders and keep only one child theme folder and reupload the parent Xmarket theme with the version 1.9.
    We can do this for you. Please specify what child theme folder needs to be saved and the ones that can be removed.

    All files in the “child” template are needed, what went checking file by file and imprecidimble have left him alone … But with updating the style of “shopping cart”, “end buy” and others WooCommerce it has I lost ….

    Please specify what child theme folder should be saved (give the name of the folder).
    Also confirm you have a back up of the files and database.

    I’ve updated the theme and deactivated the plugin “Woocommerce Product Disclaimer” which caused the issue with adding a product to the cart and information wasn’t updated.

    Hello, I’ve seen the update and has solved some things after I adapted.

    Hello,

    To translate the text in cart popup window you need edit the file:
    wp-content/themes/xmarket/code/woo.php (lines 106, 108) and the file wp-content/themes/xmarket/woocommerce/loop/result-count.php.

    I’ve activated the plugin “WooCommerce Additional Fees”. What problems are you experiencing with it?

    The “WooCommerce Additional Fees” plugin to be enabled makes the payment method “PayPal” disappears on page finalizing purchase, yet it is enabled in WooCommerce. This happens to me since the last update of the template and WooCommerce. (the author of the plugin has confirmed full compatibility with the new version of WooCommerce)

    Hello,

    If you check this plugin with default WordPress theme you’ll see that PayPal method isn’t shown there too. So the problem is with the plugin and not the theme.
    You should ask the plugin authors to check plugin work with default WordPress theme.

    Hi, I used a preconfigured for modal login and update the template is no longer plugin. It is change the text and link where I have indicated in the image.

    Great as this perfect.
    I recently had to use a WooCommerce notice, but the blue bar disappears making it impossible cart you can place an order. How is this resolved?

    Hello,

    Cart block will be shown in the header with that code if you enable notification in Woocommerce > Settings.
    If you don’t need notification enabled then the code can be removed.

    Hi, I just noticed another existing problem.
    When I bought this template for the first time, I was including “LayerSlider WP” plugin and today, has left simply to function. On the plugins in the details of LayerSlider WP says:

    “You need to authorize this site in order to get upgrades or support for esta plugin. Purchase a license purchase or enter an existing code.”

    I would like to know how to fix this, thanks.

    Please clarify what you can’t translate.
    All plugins are external extensions which are included into theme because for each product we purchase “Extended license” and that’s why we are able to include it into them. This plugin works fine without activation and you can always get actual version if you want directly from us. The plugins can be downloaded from this link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ . We update plugins with theme updates from time to time so plugins will be also updated with each next theme update. The option with registering of the plugins has been already added to plugin and this only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin directly from an author if you need. You don’t need to register this product because it is not required but if you want to get those features, then you need to purchase this plugin directly from the author. This is how it works for all themes on Themeforest and not only in our case.

    Hello,

    The purchase code you provided is for the theme, and not for the plugin.
    You don’t need to activate it. Activation only allows you to get automatic updates and support for this plugin, but new versions can be downloaded from our site:
    https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/
    If you want to get support for LayerSlider plugin from the authors you need to purchase this plugin directly from the plugin author.

    The problem was caused by the plugin WP Social Popup and Get Traffic. I’ve deactivated it and now slider is shown.

    Hello,

    If you want to translate “Total” text in the Cart popup you need edit the file wp-content/themes/xmarket/code/woo.php (line 100).
    Order page is configured by Woocommerce and was modified in a new update. You have to contact their support team concerning your query.
