    Hello,
Yesterday, the following templates required update, as the latest Woocommerce update.

    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/meta.php,
    xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php,
    xstore/woocommerce/myaccount/form-login.php

After the update, the product page has a different layout, as the product photos are display one on top of the other, and product tags reappeared.
Also, the mobile version of the front page appears in a very old version – probably from the start of site configuration.
    Can you please help?
    Thank you!
    Oana

    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ Could you please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access? We will check what can be done to help you.
To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

2/ From your screenshot, it appears that the AMP plugin is activated on your website. Kindly disable it or learn more about the plugin here – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/amp-plugin/general-info-amp/

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Hello,

    We appreciate your prompt response.

We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/). After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the problem persists, please provide us with FTP access.

    Hello,

As I was deactivating different plugins, as suggested, a new update for Xstore appeared.
    After updating, the problem solved.

    Regards,
    Oana
