I am using theme version 7.0.2 – do you think I need to upgrade to 7.1.3.? Or will this not make any real diffrence? I’d rather not update as this means things could go wrong with other areas of the website.

If you’ve got any ideas that would be great.

    Hello,

I have checked your site and don’t see the issue with the slider image or text styles http://prntscr.com/vufdcs
Could you tell me on what page you have this issue?

    Regards

Sorry, I meant to say I set up a test page https://www.skinsense.co.uk/banner-test/

I updated the theme but it actually seems worse now. Any ideas?

Feel free to edit this page but not the live one.

    Thanks,
    Giles

I also set up a testing site if you want to test anything first.

Just to say, this is quite urgent so if you have any ideas, let me know.

Also, only use the test pages if you want to look at this because it’s a live site with lots of traffic.

Like i said, i updated the theme so not sure what else i can do?

Also, i am using other themes (Jupiter X) with Elementor and I don’t have any problems with these, which might suggest it’s this particular theme. I also noticed this problem using other elements, not just this slider.

I’m only telling you this so it hopefully helps diagnose the problem.

    Hello,

Everything is ok while editing the page http://prntscr.com/vuwdry But styles do not work once you check the page without editor. I see that you use the CDN cache. Try to clean the CDN cache, Elementor saves styles to additional files and if the old file is cached you won’t see the changes. Or enable inline styles instead of file in Elementor > Settings > Advanced > CSS Print Method > Internal Embedding.

This theme version requires the following plugin XStore Core to be updated up to 3.2 version. You can install the updated version of XStore core plugin:

My client is getting very concerend that we can’t fix somethng that appears quite simple and I’m worried i might lose them. it’s been like this for more than a day now so i really want to find a solution. Right now we can’t edit any of the pages because of this probem, so it’s really quite urgent as they advertise on TV.

Can you try doing some tests on the test page, or the test website i set up. that might help find a solution.

    Thanks,
    Giles

    Hello,

Could you, please, give our user more permissions http://prntscr.com/vv1dv4 ? We can’t check the plugins settings and File generator settings to check the issue in more detail.

    Hello,

My suggestion about the CSS print method was correct https://gyazo.com/87662f69ff9cd8a9123a3fed9e0ffc4f Styles are or if you use inline styles. So, clear the Cloudflare CDN cache from your Cloudflare panel if you want to use an external file CSS Print method.

Also, why does this not happen on Jupiter X? I have cloudflare set up on this too and I don’t have this problem. Are you sure it’s not a bug with the theme?

I really need to fix this soon. It’s been 2 days now and we can’t make any changes to the site.

Sorry to keep emailing but it’s urgent.

Will this keep happening? Is there a way to fix this with your theme?

I don’t actually know what to do. Can you help? It’s really urgent now.

Why do you think this is happening now? it’s been okay until recently.

Do you think we can get this fixed tonight so it’s working in the morning UK time?

Okay, it seems to be working now https://www.skinsense.co.uk/

It looks like you have to actually go in and edit the page to make it work so I copied the banner from the test page to the live homepage.

Sorry for all the emails. I was getting desperate. Hopefully this will stay working now but i’ll let you know if i have any more problems.

    thanks for your help

    Hello,

I did not edit the page to make any changes. I just enabled the mentioned option, that’s all. Elementor saves styles to file no matter what theme you use if you use another CSS print method. So, clearing of the cache plugin, CDN cache and browser cache solves the issue with the cached file.
