    Dear XStore Support,

I have a problem with the banners on the homepage (screenshot). When I hover over the button, the page URL does not appear. My assumption is that TranslatePress is not detecting the correct target page, which is why it redirects to the default language of the site. Could I ask for your help?

    Best regards,
    Gracu

    Hello, Gracu_,

We are sorry to hear that you have encountered this issue.

The problem arises because the element does not use the a tag, which is typically used for displaying links in a browser. This approach was intentionally chosen to enhance SEO management and avoid external links.

However, if you prefer, we can make certain modifications and restore the standard link display in the banner using the a tag. Please let us know how you would like to proceed.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team

    Hello Andrew,

It would be great if you could restore the standard display of links in the banner. Unless you might have an alternative solution to propose?

    Best regards,
    Gracu

    Hello, Gracu_,

To address this matter, we have introduced a new option for the Elementor banner element:

“Use default HTML tags” – This option restores the use of default HTML tags.

In order to implement this feature, we have modified the following files:

    plugins/et-core-plugin/app/classes/elementor.php
    plugins/et-core-plugin/app/controllers/shortcodes/banner.php

Additionally, these changes will be included in the next theme update.

Please check if the banners now function as expected.

    Best regards,
    8Theme Team
