Problem with the installation the Classico theme

Dear Support,

I tried to install the thema classico, but when I active, the screen it get white, and I can not do anything more, I can only delete the all instalation and do the installation again, I attached the data if you can see:

Dear Support,

The Ftp account is correct (enclosed details), please the type of the encryption you must use “Only use plain FTP (Insecure)”, I am usinf Filezilla, please try with this software, I enclose two screen shots.

Are there any restrictions on a server? Please ask your hosting provider to check it.
Shall we provide our IP address to put it into white list on the server?

Hello,

The problem was caused by Really Simple Captcha plugin. I’ve renamed its folder to “really-simple-captcha_old” in /wp-content/plugins directory. Please check your site now.
