Problem with the mobile menu display and expantion

I’m having problem with the mobile menu.
On homepage, categories show ok – https://i.imgur.com/3drAV1c.png
But when in a category, it only shows that category in the menu + SHOW ALL CATEGORIES above – https://i.imgur.com/6L7oOsB.png

And even if I click SHOW ALL CATEGORIES (Prikazi vse kategorije)
The minus icon jups to the middle of the menu and is unclickable – https://i.imgur.com/G796W93.png

What I wish for, is to have the same menu as on homepage, no matter where you are. How can I do that?

To address the issue, we kindly ask you to navigate to the following location within your website’s dashboard: Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Categories > Advanced Mode. Please ensure that the Advanced Mode is set to ‘Off’. After making this adjustment, we recommend that you clear your website’s cache and then verify if the issue has been resolved.

Should the problem persist, we would request that you provide us with temporary administrative access to your WordPress dashboard (wp-admin) and FTP credentials. This will enable us to conduct a thorough investigation and explore potential solutions.
