Problem with the product carousel and up or cross sells

hi
in my xstore builder when i editmy single product page in bottom of the page i make two product carousels one for the upsell second cross sells i configurate them but when i select in general upsell or cross sell i have a message saying that the query is availible when creating a single product template than i add a cross sells and upsell widget but i can t configurate like the carousel like i want please help me to do it

This functionality allows you to manage to upsell products directly from the “Linked Products” section under the product data settings. Here, you can conveniently add or remove upsell items from the single product page of the respective product, provided that you are utilizing a custom Single Product layout.

To tailor the appearance of your custom Single Product page, you may edit the layout and specify the conditions for its display according to your preferences.
