    Hello,
I’m having a problem with the theme options customization pages. Some pages don’t load settings, like in my Product Badges attachment.
I tried to reload after modifying the php 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 model.
An error message appears, but I don’t know if it’s related.
    Thanks for your help.

    Hello Ben,

Thank you for reaching out to us and bringing this issue to our attention.

Could you please downgrade the PHP version to 8.1? Additionally, we kindly ask you to temporarily activate the parent theme and test its functionality. This will help us determine whether the issue stems from any custom code in the child theme.

Furthermore, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with FTP access. This will enable us to investigate the matter more thoroughly.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Thank you for your cooperation.

    Best regards,
    The 8Theme Team

    Hello Rose,

Thank you, indeed in PHP 8.1 and on the parent theme, it works.

Can you look at what’s causing the problem to help me understand the problem?

    Best regards

    Dear Ben,

We hope this message finds you well. We have reviewed the warning messages you provided and it appears that the current version of the WooCommerce plugin (9.1.2) may not be compatible with PHP version 8.2.x.

We recommend downgrading to PHP version 8.1.x to ensure better stability and performance of your website.

Additionally, we noticed that some images and fonts are still linked to the old domain. To address this, please install the Better Search Replace plugin available at [https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-search-replace/). Once installed, use the plugin to search for “bijoudoc-wp.local” and replace it with “bijoux.benjamin-caigny.fr”. You can view the details here: [https://prnt.sc/tsvdTzkIu26J](https://prnt.sc/tsvdTzkIu26J).

Furthermore, it is advisable to use only one Header Builder to avoid conflicts. Currently, both Elementor and Customizer options are activated. Please choose one to maintain a cleaner and more efficient site structure.

Thank you for your attention to these matters. Should you need any further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    The 8Theme Team
