Why this is happening everytime we upgrade the theme? What is the best solution to avoid this? I’m going to revert my site from the last backup.
This is how it looks like after the update. footer and header has been changed.

Can you tell me how to avoid this problem? Thanks
Hello,
After update from 6.x to the latest theme version, you need to re-save Theme Options – go to Theme Options > click on Publish, then clear all cache and check the site.

Or should i save the theme options first before updating the theme then upload the option file?
No, after the update, just go to Theme Options > click on Publish.

hello, i havent updated the theme for my websites.
i’m quite hesitant for your instruction.
can someone help me on this? thanks
the theme option needs to be save before updating the theme right?
upgrading the theme to new version without saving any files would ruin the site isnt it?
are you saying i should do this?
Hello,
Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your site and we’ll help you with theme update.
