I have purchase Xstore(Regular License) from ThemeForest. I have some question.

1. can I sell to this my one client after all customization?

2. client is an electronic seller. can the client sell their products on the Xstore theme?

Please find attached the part which is confusing in Theme Forest terms. All I need to know is that can I sell this website to ONE single client?

Hello,

Using a Regular license you can create and sell 1 project to a single client. You/your client can’t sell it again and again.
Also, you need to transfer the theme license to your client.
