Problem with third party plugin - by isaac_mx

    Hi,
    I am using this plugin that allows to add values and additional costs to the product, everything seems to work fine, there are select boxes before the button add to cart, the additional costs are added on single product page but not on cart, the developer said this: “His theme is using some customized markups which is replacing woocommerce core classes therefore information is not passing through.”

    Please help, probably this plugin works if something on the theme is deactivated or could modificate some js file. That plugin works ok on other themes but the customer already approve this one. I am on fire.

    Hello,

    Try to disable Ajax “Add to Cart” option in Theme Options > Single Product Page and check products after that.
