Hello. I have exactly the same problem as in the topic at the link :https://www.8theme.com/topic/cant-translate-xstore-default-language-using-loco-translate/
I repeated absolutely all the steps described, but the client part of the site is still in English, and I need to translate to German.
Please help with the solution of this problem and tell me what I did wrong

I have made some changes, but the translation is not correct yet.
For example: in the translation file there is a translation “add to cart – zum varenkorb”, but on the website it is not displayed and the button still says “add to card”. This is just one example

    Hello, Slava,

Thank you for getting in touch with us.

Please update the theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/ and plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ , then sync translations – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/

    Warm Regards,

Hello. I have this problem again, not all translations from the file are displayed on the site. For example: the “Buy now” button is still in English.
I have already updated the theme and all plugins, synchronized translations, cleaned the cache. but nothing helps.
I want to translate the site into Dutch.
    Help, please

    Please contact administrator

    Hello, Slava,

It seems that the issue with the translations is caused by the WordPress update (from 6.7). You may either downgrade to a previous version or wait for the next update.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

    Dear @Slava,

We hope this message finds you well.

We would like to bring to your attention that while some of our clients are experiencing correct translations with the latest WordPress version, others are encountering issues. It appears that we are not the only ones facing translation challenges following the recent WordPress 6.7.0 update. You can find further details and discussions on this matter here: https://www.8theme.com/topic/translation-not-working-in-french-need-help/#post-423673.

In light of this, we kindly suggest trying to install the previous version of WordPress to see if this resolves the issue.

Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson
    The 8Theme Team
