Problem with Translate – help please

Hello i need help with the theme . I can not do the translation , persists in English. I have used the edition of poedit , already translated straight from the default do not know what else to do . I cleared my cache memory further appear the words in English. Please help me , thank you
My language is Portuguese of Brazil.
I add on private my access to the site

You didn’t set $locale in wp-config file.

ok I need a little more help please in my wp-config.php file where exactly do I enter this information ..? I saw that in the file already appears that:

Hello,

You need add this code $locale='pt_BR'; in wp-config.php file under the line // Define (‘WP_DEBUG’, true);.
