Problem with translating add to cart button

Hello can i have some support about translating add to cart button. I’m using WPML and i cannot find the translation of add to cart button to be exact this button: etheme_wc_add_to_cart.default

I scanned the theme the child theme xstore core plugin elementor woocommerce and in string translations the button is not showing, im using it in static page and in block sections when i translate with wpml the string of the button is not showing in the page translation as well. Im asking your theme because the button is created by xstore if it wasn’t i would ask wpml support. Thnaks in advance
