Hi there,
I noticed that if I set a product as “variable”, the attributes that I save, after update product, are deleted
If, instead, I set a product as simple, the variables remain.
See this product

You can fix this bug?
My site is under construction .
Under my data aadmin.

Hello,
If you are using WC 3.0 then you should update theme to version 3.11. This version should be available within a day on ThemeForest. V. 3.10.1 of our theme is not compatible with WC 3.0.
So, I would recommend to update our theme to v. 3.11 first and try again. If it does not help then, please, check if this issue appears with XStore theme only or with default WC theme too. Install and activate Storefront WC default theme and check.
Reply back in case problem persists with our theme only.

Hi there,
I have update the theme but the problem still appears.
I have activated default WC theme and the problem again occurs.
What version of woocommerce I have to use, to don’t have this problem?
regards
I have installed the woocommerce 2.6.14 and 2.6.0.
The variable appears, but I can’t save the product with variable because appear this error
“select a value greater than or equal to 0”.

Hello,
If problem appears even with default WC theme you need to contact WC support on their support forum. We are able to help only in case problem is related to our theme only.
Also, if you already updated WC to 3.0 you won’t be able to downgrade the plugin version just by uploading older archive because WC 3.0 updates DB fields.

Ok, I have updated theme and woocommerce again and now it seems work fine!
Ok, great.

I have the same problem.
I updated the theme and woocommerce, but with me it did not work.
Any other solution?
Hello, @jowjow,
Does it work fine with official WC theme Storefront?

Hi there,
I noticed that when the product is variable and not simple, the product’s CUD is not saved correctly. Can you correct this bug?
Best regards

If I set this code “17P08G971”, after I have updated the product, the code that I see is this
17P08G572-1.

Hello,
I suppose it’s because you have already used this code for the variation http://prntscr.com/fdt531 You should either remove the code for variation or use the another one or change the main SKU to different.
