Problem with viewport size in ipad and safari

Using brand new ipad 4 air tablet with default safai browser.

There is a problem with the scaling when using the ‘info circles’ With an android tablet with same screen size, the scaling is correct and in proportion, there is no problem. On the Apple ipad, the text in the center of the info circle dose not scale small enough and overlaps the circle image icons. (see my screenshot in the private section) According to this link https://developer.apple.com/library/ios/documentation/appleapplications/reference/safariwebcontent/usingtheviewport/usingtheviewport.html you can configure this to scale correctly.
Can you please confirm this issue and provide a fix. Thank-you.

Hi Eva, no special links. I’ve deactivated ‘hide my wp’ maybe that will help. You are set as administrator and you have also logged in before with no problems. Sorry, but can you try again?

Hello,

We have tested your site and can draw the following conclusion:
– it’s not only iPad & Safari issue, we can see the same on Android devices and even if browser is resized.
– it’s related to Ultimate Addons plugin, because text is displayed out of the circle with default theme too. We think you can try to add custom css styles (to make text smaller on tablets) for this element for responsive layouts or contact with plugin author for more details.

Ok thanks for looking at that Olga. I note that the version of Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer on my install is Version 3.4.6 Looking at the plugin page on TH, the latest version is now. 3.6 and there have been 5 or 6 updates since my installed version. The developer would not review any problems with an out dated version. Since the plugin came with the theme, I can’t update it, so I think you should consider updating the theme so that we can benefit from these updates.

Unless maybe you could provide a css fix for these elements here, I feel a bit stuck.

Hello and sorry, when i update the visual composer the update says completed but when i refresh the page I still have version 3.5.3 and not the updated version. its happen to a couple other plugins once before. You guys had sent me the plugin in an email which fixed the problem.

My second question is that I am having trouble with the tabs on the product pages.

Problem is caused by Master Slider. We have disabled it for product slider. Please, don’t replace product slider in product single page with Masterslider, use our default.
