Problem with visibility settings, I cant find where to fix

Hello,
In the theme that I choose, there is this text in the header/footer and I can’t find where is this visibility setting to turn it?

This page is in “Coming soon” mode and is only visible to you and those who have permission. To make it public to everyone, change visibility settings
