    We still can’t access your site. It’s even not loading in a browser.
    Are there any restrictions set on a server?

    The problem is caused by Visual Composer plugin. When it’s deactivated the site works fine.
    May we reupload the theme?

    If you talk to my server and can not be viewed abroad. Now you can either enter via FTP ? or exite any way you could do it ?? is possible that the themes this bad , check folders WooCommerce of themes and only 3 files. day add that be? as we do?

    Please check your ftp host name. Maybe we need to enter via port 22 or some other port you did not specified.

    Please take our apologies but reuploading the theme didn’t give any effect.
    Soon we’ll upload new version of Visual Composer plugin at the link https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ and you’ll be able to download it and update the plugin.

    Hello @leo,

    You selected “Custom Registration Page” template for Checkout page. I’ve changed it to “default template”. Now the Checkout page is working. Please clear browser cache and check.

    The problem was only in template. You need use default template for all Woocommerce pages.

    Look not understand much . qu default template can tell me what it is. I understand what the 7 designs available. Only one is for WooCommerce ? And if so which one is yours ? And if so I think it does not serve me themeporque to pareceer my client chose another design. thank prompt response

    Good works, but idk if I’ll have problems. the other thing you need to know is how to change or place the footer I want on every page . and finally if the theme has the option of which products can choose size and colors

    To be able to choose size and color for products you need create attributes in wp-admin > Products > Attributes and then create variable products:

    Hello @leo,

    You can hide that notice. It won’t affect your site. We modified some Woocommerce files and old version can be written there, but you shouldn’t worry.
    Concerning the variable products, as I see you didn’t create attributed in Products > Attributes. Did you watch video tutorial from the previous post?

    Please ask your host to increase memory_limit value to 256M in php.ini file and check the Checkout page after that.

    Hello,

    On php information memory limit is shown as 128M: http://storage4.static.itmages.com/i/15/0426/s_1430063369_7004743_23d6e21423.png .
    So please ask your host to increase the value to 256M in php.ini file.
