    Hello,
I talked with WPML Support team and i find the soloution which is:

    1. Set the translation of term “woman” to be “woman” (e.g. same value as EN)
    2. go to WPML > Languages > Language Switcher options > Preserve URL arguments
    3. enter the value “filter_gender” (without the quotes) and save
    4. go to the page /shop/?filter_gender=woman and press the Greek lenguage
