I have a problem with Stripe Payment Gateway on my live site running Xstore and latest WP and Woo. The problem is replicated across all main desktop browsers but not mobile.
The problem is when entering card details as soon as you scroll the page the details vanish. This means that payment cannot be made via Stripe using a Desktop browser. This is a new problem after changing themes. I’ve currently removed Stripe payments as an option on the live site but it remains on the Development site for troubleshooting.
If someone could get back to me on this one ASAP as most of our customers choose Stripe over Paypal.
I found a workaround for the moment in having the checkout page layout as “Separate” rather than classic. Its something to do with the way the payment box floats on scroll, I think. I’ve left the Dev site classic checkout if you want to see it in action. I prefer the classic layout but for the moment on the live site separate will work for me.

Thanks

Hello, @Ioannis,
You have to choose the “Separate” layout from XStore >> Theme Settings >> WooCommerce >> Cart/Checkout Layout: https://postimg.cc/308LMrbt

Hello,
Several months later we still have this issue. Changing the layout is not a fix but only a temporary solution… The issue seems to come from the “js” controlling the sticky column.
