Problem with yith extra product options - by Bolly

Hi i use the Yith extra product options plugin. When i use the options and want to add my selection to the cart it doesnt load and the cart is still empty.

I already disable all the plugins and switch theme.

when i turn all plugins off the error is still there. When i change the theme, the erro is gone and the plugin works perfect.

Please help me out, a official yith (premiun) pluginhas to work in your theme. The people from Yith say that i have to contact you

Thanks for using our theme and for contacting us.
Could you please provide a video of the problem or screenshots?

Hi,

Thanks for the quick respons, alway good to see that a support team is responsive.

The problem is by just 1 product. Its the only product where we use the functions of the yith plug-in.

We really need this functionality because its the most important product of our shop.

I also have try the official woocommerce product options plug-in but when i use that one it breaks the layout of the productpage as that the add to cart button shift to the right beside the options. So i cant use that one.

More Plugins with the same functionality are not there.

Please help to solve this so we can go live. Or if there is no solution for the yith plug-in, provide us with the right css code for the woocommerce option plug-in.

All the other products on the shop use the variation function of woocommerce. Its just this one product. Thats why your test is running smooth?

Hi,

Try to disable “AJAX Add To Cart For Simple And Variable Products” in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single product page > Single product layout
If this doesn’t help, provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can check the problem more deeply.
