Problems import with demo-theme Lavender

i’ve too many problems with demo-theme Lavender
1. “header” does not appear to Elementor but only in CUSTOMIZER.
2. instead from the point 1, I can’t add the “mega menu” (it gives it to me as a page to click and not as a drop-down menu. I can only modify it to a limited extent
3. i see in demo content calendar widget from make appointment, but not work on site.

how i can solve them?
