Hello, @Smartlix,
Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.
1/ We are currently unable to access your website’s backend. Kindly provide valid **wp-admin** access in the private content area so that we can thoroughly review your settings and assist you accordingly.
Additionally, we would appreciate it if you could provide screenshots of the issue, with relevant areas marked, to help us better understand the problem.
2/ We recommend that you disable all third-party plugins that are not included with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ -After doing so, please clear your browser’s cache and check again. It is possible that one of these additional plugins is causing the issue.
If the problem persists, we suggest switching to the Parent theme if you are currently using the Child Theme on your site. After clearing the cache, check again. The issue may be due to your custom code in the Child Theme.
Let us know the results.
3/ If the issue still persists, please keep all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and grant permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
Thank you for your cooperation and we look forward to hearing from you soon.
Best regards,
The 8Theme Team.
I reloaded the parent template, now the changes work, but the site is very slow, I don’t understand how to speed it up, I’m sending screenshots of the errors
Hello, Smartlix,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
Please follow this article – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-speed-up-my-website/
This is shown https://prnt.sc/1bGgNkVaSXIY because the Cart and Checkout pages use Elementor instead of default shortcodes. You may simply disregard this notification.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
