I would like to know where this allege world winning support is? I would assume if it was so great maybe you would have a working phone number or email system like any other business in the world would have?
Having said that we are having problems uploading this garbage theme. We was told that this theme would be simple to upload and was a one click installation. That turned out to be a lie! We went through multiple systems to upload this theme! We bought the XStore | Responsive Multi-Purpose WooCommerce WordPress Theme and wanted the (home-boxed) version which is what we choose to uploaded to our dream-host counteract but the upload we go looks nothing like this theme! the entire theme is completely distorted! I would add screenshots to show what the theme should look like as compared to what is but again your allege award winning service doesn’t allow me to do that!
I have bought and did dozens of website and themes over the years and never had as many problems as this garbage. The developer also provided a working email or phone support which is something that you dont even have here! The idea of buying a theme is to make it a lot easier to build a website, if I knew code and how to write and make my own template I would because it would be a lot easier than try to build a website with one of your garbage themes!

You can use support forum and also contact us using contact form (you’ll get the answer to your email) and you always get a reply within 24hours! If you need to add screenshots you can use any cloud service, for example, Lighshot screenshot and provide links here, so we don’t understand why this is problem for you.
Anyway, provide us with:
1) Dashboard access to your site in Private content area
2) screenshots of your issues
3) Detailed information about problems that you have would be more appreciated than a lot of text without a clear description of the issue. Hope for your understanding.
And our support staff will help you ASAP.

You sent us several emails replies from non reply email. How are we suppose to reply to a non reply email? Also did you even read your own email, you seriously said “we dont know what your problem is here with the support and suggest ” and tell us we can provide Lighshot screenshots and provide links here” Provide you links to where? where the hell do we have the ability to send you links or screenshots because the contact forms that we went to does not give us the ability to do that! Which contact forms are you even talking about? You sent us several replies to non reply email saying use this contact form, well which one?! you said you can provide screenshots to this link, without even providing us the link!

Calm down, please! You submitted topic and got the answer within 30 mins.
Once you submit the request via the contact form you get the general email that your request was sent to form owner. Once we get the email from you via the contact form and send you the answer you will get our email, won’t you?
“we don’t know what your problem is here with the support and suggest” we never sent you such words.
Lightshot screenshot tool – https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html You may also use any other service to make screenshots with share option (Gyazo https://gyazo.com/ etc), choose the one that is most suitable for you.
You can even make screenshot and upload it to your WP and send us just link to image… So, there are a lot of ways to share image.
From your screenshot I see that very likely Theme Options import get failed and the correct home page is not chosen in Settings > Reading > Front Page. That’s all.
Provide us with temporary Dashboard access in your topic and we’ll fix it in no time. I don’t think there is no need to duplicate conversations. Use the forum to reply.
