Problems when we use the "Woocommerce advanced quantity" plugin

Dear,
we encounter a problem with the plug-in indicated in question.

Everything works regularly in the “cart” page but not in the “off canvas” cart. (the calculations are made with errors, specifically when we try to decrease or increase the quantity of the product already in the cart)

We have written to the developer and he tells us that there are probably problems with the theme picker.

Now we use the plug-in picker but have yet issue with decrease or increase the quantity.

Can you help us understand if there are known compatibility issues?

Hello,

Thank you for using our theme!
We can’t guarantee compatibility with all the existing plugins. Provide us with FTP access to your site and we’ll take a look if we could add compatibility with the mentioned plugin. If now then you will be able just to disable the q-ty option for the off-canvas mini cart.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the plugin you use does not use the actions and it works with templates/scripts that’s why we cannot do compatibility with this plugin. So, we would recommend you to disable q-ty for the mini-cart (Theme Options > Header builder > Cart > keep disabled http://prntscr.com/vkm6ca)
