8 days ago I installed the template at symdreams.com/ with this version your xstore.8theme.com/demos/handmade/product/basic-bag/ in the installation I had no problems but when updating the plugins several days later I get an error. All the parts created with your template are not visible, the shortcode appears for example: [et_blog_carousel slide_view = »timeline2 ″ blog_align =» center »size =» 370 × 260 ″ hide_buttons = »yes» pagination_type = »lines» default_color = »Rgba (157,129,109,0.6)» active_color = »# 9d816d» items_per_page = »4 ″ large =» 3 ″ notebook = »3 ″ tablet_land =» 2 ″ tablet_portrait = »2 ″ mobile =» 1 ″]
I have deactivated all the plugins that are not from the template but it still gives problems. What I can do??

Make sure that XStore Core plugin is activated on your site.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Probably you disabled XStore core plugin. Then you would see just a shortcode instead of the blog carousel.
