    Hi Eva,

I’ve moved my support topic from https://www.8theme.com/topic/blanco-woocommerce-theme-update-of-27-june-cant-update-quantity-on-cart-page/ to here as they seem to be different issues – I originally thought they were the same.

I’m using the latest versions of WooCommerce and Blanco.

    (1) I’m unable to update the QTY on the cart page – nothing happens at all. I thought at the latest versions of Woo and Blanco that changing the QTY automatically updated the totals, that doesn’t work and neither does changing the QTY and then clicking “Update cart”.

    (2) When deleting a product from the cart page the product details and cart totals grey out and the mouse cursor spins (so ajax(?) is running) but when it’s finished the page has not changed. The shoping cart widget in the header still shows a total, the cart page still shows the product and the cart totals are still present. However, moving off the cart page to the checkout page shows ‘your cart is currently empty. So, the deletion worked but the cart page did not update in-situ or refresh to reflect a product was removed.

As requested the website and ftp access details are in the private content section. The site is a test one where I’m trying out at migrating from WPEC to Woo so it does has errors in the menus and grid views (with the images). Best to use the “Shop” menu to access the products.

    Regards,
    Mike.

    Hi again,
The website you will be working on for me is a staging site.

You might notice that the WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) under Settings->General don’t match the actual staging website name.

Thats OK/correct and must stay that way for the staging system to work.
    Thanks,
    Mike.

    Hello,

We recommend you revert back to the old Woocommerce plugin till the theme update is released.

    Hi Robert,

I thought that Blanco 3.5.1 released on the 27th June was the theme update for Woo 2.6.x – that’s what http://themeforest.net/item/blanco-responsive-wordpress-wooecommerce-theme/2755246 says.

    Regards,
    Mike.

Yes, this issue is new for us and we’re currently working on it. Just try to revert back to 2.5.5 version of WooCommerce.
    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Regards,
    Robert Hall

    Hi Robert,
As it’s just a testing site I can leave it as is until the update is available.
    Cheers,
    Mike.

    Hi Robert and Eva,

As you advised, Blanco 3.5.3 has resolved the change of quantity and product deletion issues on the cart page.

Please go ahead and close this topic.

    Thanks,
    Mike.
