Problems with checkout - by lamink - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello!

    I got several problems with the checkout page, my site is https://lamink.com/ and whenever I am trying to proceed the checkout it seems it’s blocked (the loading animation stuff). Unfortunatelly it seems that occurs on the logged-in user and also on the non-logged user. Thanks

    Hello,

    The reason may be you need increase memory limit at least to 96M.
    Please ask your hosting provider to do this for you.
    If the issue still persists after that please provide us with FTP and wp-admin panel credentials in Private Content.

    Hello the memory limit on hosting is 128M also on the wp-config define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ ); but still the problem is unresolved. I’ve tried to disable plugins but it still didnt worked for me. Also I’ve checked the form by the console in firefox and it seems that the POST method is sending 0,00kb, maybe thats the issue? Thanks for any help!

    I’ve disabled Envato plugin and Checkout page is working fine now.

    Please check it and clear browser cache before.

    Hello,
    Yeah it seems that the loading stuff is not a problem but sometimes it freeze like earlier when I am trying to click contiune on shipping address, but when I am clicking the procced button it’s jut loading another page iwthin the page.

    Tested it on the newest FireFox, Chrome and mobile Opera;
    to be clear I can see 2 problems:
    1. Loading stuff when we click next in shipping address
    2. When we wont click the shipping address then after the proceed in the place where should be the form it loading the same page again and form is under it

    Hello,

    Sorry but we can’t reproduce such issues from our side.
    Please try to disable Ajax filter in Theme Options > Shop and check if the issue still persists. Also please show us a screenshot of the page you see from your side.

    Hello, sorry for a late response, tried to disable the ajax but it didnt help.
    Image is in the link, it happens when I am clickin the proceed when I am not filling the inputs in billing address

    Hello,
    Have you checked the “place order” ? It is like endless loading animation.
    Like I said as I can see there are two issues with checkout:
    1. When I am not filling the inputs with the data and just I will click the place order then it loading the site in the top of the form
    2. When I am not filling or filling the inputs (in billing address) and then Continue, then I am clicking Continue in the shipping address form it seems I got endless loading animation

    We have checked your checkout with default theme and see the same problem, you can check. It means that it’s not our theme issue. We provide support only for issues related strictly to our theme. Contact with woocommerce support team to solve this bug.

    Hello,

    There was an error in the checkout.min.js file in woocommerce plugins directory. I’ve replaced it. Please check the site now and clear browser cache before.
