Problems with demo data - by Ginnera - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    hello, I’ve got problems with importing demo files of this theme https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/wheels/?et_styles=0-1-1-6-0-1
    There is always a problem with a few of images, buttons, forms etc. while importing

    Hello,

    There is error on your site:
    Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 122880 bytes) in /var/www/u0184711/data/www/carstudy.ru/wp-admin/includes/image.php on line 169

    You need contact your hosting provider support and ask them to increase memory_limit value.

    but that is some kind of impossible… I am allowed to use 1gb. So I use 189mb from 1gb, it is weird, isn’t it?

    Hello,

    We can’t connect via FTP getting this error:
    Error: Connection timed out
    Error: Could not connect to server

    Please check the credentials.

    I have increased the memory limit up to 512M, and get the same problems with demo data..

    Hello,

    You can add any icons in “Info Circle Item” element settings.
    Also I’ve enabled the option “Include styles from “Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer” on every page” in Theme Options > General to load some styles in Ultimate VC Addons plugin.
    I’ve installed Mailchimp for WordPress plugin as it’s used for newsletter form. You just need to create your own form in the plugin settings.

    Hello,

    Ask your hosting provider support to disable the function “display_errors” and check the site after that.
