Good morning, I have a problem. I installed the templates, but when I go to replace the images of the main banners in the backend, they are changed, but the sample ones are still not on the online site.
That is, I am editing but I keep seeing the sample photos that the template has.
when I review the css in detail, it marks a URL of the sample photo
Please, another problem that I have is at the end the template loads the instagram account but I am configuring the profile and it does not load the reel of images
Hello, @loiscapirosi,
1- I don’t see any issue on the site, there is only 1 banner image is set as you can see: https://postimg.cc/Cz6gMpLq, and it appears just fine: https://postimg.cc/vcTJN2LH
2- The instagram widget is not configured on your site as you can see in this image: https://postimg.cc/rdNZm5CP please first make settings of the widget and if still it doesn’t work for you keep the settings saved and let us know. Please check this video as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3YfXfR31eI and make sure that you have set up your instagram accound in the theme settings first: https://postimg.cc/dLWyq3yj

Thanks a lot
Hello, @loiscapirosi,
1- The error appears because of the user roles. You have admin access and you have to change it to tester/developer here is an article to understand it better and learn how to solve it: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/58778302/instagram-display-api-insufficient-developer-role
2- The image you changed appears just fine on the frontend in that section there are no sample images see the screenshot for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/f3Hy2tMS
3- a) You can change and translate it from the theme language files: https://paonkids.com/wp-admin/admin.php?path=languages%2Floco%2Fthemes%2Fxstore-es_CO.po&bundle=xstore&domain=xstore&page=loco-theme&action=file-edit https://postimg.cc/NyhkGjVn https://postimg.cc/K497kNwB
3- b) You can change and translate it from the theme language files: https://paonkids.com/wp-admin/admin.php?path=languages%2Floco%2Fthemes%2Fxstore-es_CO.po&bundle=xstore&domain=xstore&page=loco-theme&action=file-edit
