Hello.
We have noticed a few problems when we add many categories. We had about 3000 categories and the pages worked just fine, but since we added 2000 more, the slider and some other things in the homepage was no longer wide.
I also saw that the categories are supposed to be closed when a customer enter our store, but the categories are open and then closing after a while instead of beeing close from the beginning.

Hello,
1) Problem is not related to the number of categories it’s related to one of the third-party plugins that you use – Jetpack by WordPress.com. Once we disable plugin everything is ok. It seems this plugin conflicts with some WPBakery builder scripts. Contact plugin developer to fix this.
2) It’s related to general site speed and time of script loading time. Script closes the categories and while it’s loading you see them opened. Install cache plugin, optimize images to reduce the page size – speed up your site to avoid this effect http://prntscr.com/pdym9e

Hello.
Thanks a lot.
But, there is not just a problem with Jetpack. I also tried to use Smush to optimize the pictures and after I did it, the problems arrived once again. I deactivated it, and now everything works again.
I tried “WP Fastest Cache” but got an Error 505 and couldn’t visit the homepage at all as a guest. I tried “WP Super Cache” but got errors that cache isnt working.
Hello,
Error 505 is related to PHP memory limits and seems you reached the PHP memory limit when cache plugin is enabled http://prntscr.com/pe9brl If we disable cache plugin then woocommerce plugin generated the memory limit errors http://prntscr.com/pe9jty
So, fix the problem with the memory limit and provide FTP access to check the problem with the row width in more detail.
Regards
Hello. Will try to fix the PHP memory limit.
Please see details for FTP
Hello,
Fix the memory limit first because we have a feeling that the problem with the row width also could be related to this, so we need to exclude this reason as the main one.
