Problems with payment page CSS + Box “send to another address” always checked

    I have 2 problems
    1) The delivery method appears strangely as you can see on the picture. The button “choose the relay point” does not appear complete and is not very aesthetic.

    2) I don’t understand why the box “Send to another address?” is automatically checked.

    2- Actually, the shipping is handled by the WooCommerce plugin, and from its settings, I have set it to uncheck the “Send to another address” automatically. See the image for a better reference: https://postimg.cc/wRzJsfrq
