Hello,
We are using the Plugin Viual Product Configurator (VPC) on our website. With VPC its possible to combine product parts/items to one Product. In the cart, however, only the final product should be displayed, not every single part. This is not working in some cases. For instance all parts are shown in the cart dropdown at the header and when you are at the checkout page.
We have already spoken to the Plugin developer. They gave us the following information:
“Ok, the issue is caused by your theme witch do not trigger the hook we use to hide the cart item. You may notice that the item is hidden from the cart page but not in the minicart: http://prntscr.com/bjj5d8 or the checkout. Please contact you theme author and ask them to trigger the “woocommerce_cart_item_visible” over the cart item in the minicart and the checkout page.”
