Problems with Product Pages when a product is selected – popup causes page to freeze

Hi there,

There is a problem on our website. When a product page and product is selected, a sidebar popup appears. However the it is impossible to get rid of the sidebar even when the X icon is clicked.

See the attached screenshots which show the sequence of what takes place.
